For AR ito glass, a functional film is coated on annealed or patterned glass in order to decrease the reflection and increases the transmittance on glass surface. The transmittance of visible light can be increased from 91.5% to 94%. Based on tis high transmission and other excellent properties, Anti Reflective Coating Glass is widely applied in solar photovoltaic industry.

1).AR coated glass takes advantages of ultra-low iron contents in raw materials and consequently guarantees high energy conversion efficiency of solar modules.
2).Nano-coating of high-efficiency anti-reflection can increase the light transmittance by 2.5%.
3).Inner side of AR glass can be patterned to make the light scattered to maximize the light transmittance.
4).Good adhesion can be realized between the AR coating and glass with the aid of tempering process.
5).AR coating is strongly resistant to acid environment: no obvious change was observed after 48 hours dipping in 10% H2PO4solution.
6).AR coating has long service lifetime (>=25years): no change was observed after 2000 hours anti-aging test.
7).AR coating has self-cleaning function: it can decompose the organic pollutants adhered to AR surface and minimize the maintenance work of modules.
8).AR coating has low light absorption along with decreased reflectance, therefore enhancing the light transmittance.
